My Malaysian baby

Its now confirmed. Lucas is 100% Malaysian. He surprised me today when he said "aiyo"! And he likes his food with a bit of spice - curry chicken, bak kut teh, spicy thai fried rice and his favourite cucur udang...
I can't wait for our Malaysian holiday to see if he will like nasi lemak and char koay teow :)

  1. My stomach is growling for nasi lemak and koay teow! It's so wonderful that you are able to feed your son with 'our' food. It's important to train his palette really early. I wish so much that my kids would one day enjoy a little spice and a little chilli in their food. It's no fun to eat all these myself.. Please tell me how you 'bancuh' your cucur udang batter! Yum yum..

  2. The cucur is from a packet la... just add water and I add prawns and fry the batter!
